How to redeem your Gift Card

All UBS gift cards and e-gift cards may be redeemed both online and in our store. Select Gift Card as the payment type while checking out. You will need the PIN from the back of the card or, for e-gift cards, you should have received the PIN in a separate email. You will also be required to enter a credit card number as an alternate payment method (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express). As long as the balance on the gift card covers the entire total of your order, your credit card will not be charged.

Notice: Only plastic gift cards with a scratch off PIN on the back may be redeemed online. If you have a plastic gift card without the PIN or a gift certificate, you may redeem it in our store or by placing a telephone order. To place a telephone order, select the items you would like to order on our website, write down the item numbers, and call 1-800-478-0048 to place your order.
