Orders are shipped Monday-Friday central standard time; orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or University Holidays. Orders to be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air need to be received by 2:00 p.m. CST. Packages are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns. Exchanges will be subject to new shipping charges.
ISU Departments
If you are an ISU department paying with an ISU-issued Purchasing Card, please place in your order comments, "P-Card" to ensure you are not charged sales tax.
Cyclone Power Hour Online
Cyclone Power Hour online specials are available during specified times only and while supplies last. Please see item details for limits on quantities. Orders will be processed in order received. All Cyclone Power Hour sales are final and items may not be exchanged or returned; cannot be combined with any other offers. Only UPS Ground shipping is available for Cyclone Power Hour orders. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders that include Cyclone Power Hour specials will be changed to UPS Ground Shipping.
Denied Credit Cards
For your protection, we will cancel all orders with payment errors if we have not been contacted by you within 72 hours after the order was placed to update your credit card/gift card information. You should receive an email with a reason for the denial and contact information.
Please note: This notice is only for orders that have been placed and the card denied at order processing. If you have not received a confirmation email with an order summary and total, you have not placed an order and do not need update your payment information. If you cannot complete an order because your payment method is being denied, please call 800-478-0048 for assistance.
