Deadline for Spring 2026 Ceremony:

Monday, March 30th by 5:00 pm

Rental Regalia is due back to the ISU Book Store by Tuesday, May 19, 2026 by 5:00 PM. Failure to return regalia will result in a $900.00 replacement fee

How to Rent Faculty Regalia:
You can rent individual pieces of faculty regalia or the full set. Follow these steps for an easy, flexible rental process:

• Choose What You Need: You have the option to rent a doctoral tam, hood, cap, gown, or any combination of items. Pick exactly what you need—whether it’s one piece or the entire regalia set.
• Reserve Without Upfront Charges: You won’t be charged at the time of reservation. Your payment will only be processed when you pick up your regalia, making it convenient and hassle-free.
• Pick Up Your Items: When your rental is ready, we will contact you, so you can visit the store to pick up your regalia. That’s when the final charges will be applied.
