We want to make your commencement ceremony the most beautiful and memorable ceremony experience possible with the finest regalia available to Iowa State University Faculty and Staff.

All faculty and staff graduation rentals require a $25.00 shipping and handling fee.

After rental deadlines listed below, every effort will be made to accommodate orders, but late orders may result in substitutions. After the ordering deadline a $15.99 handling fee will be charged to your order for expedited processing, plus any base shipping charges ($7.99 ground shipping + $15.99 handling fee). This includes pick up and campus delivery orders.

The deadline to rent PhD graduation attire and be guaranteed the correct size for the Winter 2021 ceremony is November 21, 2021.

Rentals must be returned to the Iowa State University Book Store by December 30th, or you will be charged the full purchase price of the regalia.

After rental deadlines,every effort will be made to accommodate orders, but late orders may result in substitutions.

Orders will arrive approximately the week of commencement.
