How to Measure:

• To measure head circumference, use a fabric measuring tape and place it around your head approximately 1 inch above the brow and ears.
• To measure high chest circumference, use a fabric measuring tape stand straight with your arms hanging straight by your side, have a friend measure around your chest at your under arm.
• To measure full chest, use a fabric measuring tape stand straight with our arms hanging straight by your sides, have a friend measure around your chest at the fullest point.
• To measure shoulder, use a fabric measuring tape. Measure across the back from tip of shoulder to tip of shoulder.
• To measure arm, use a fabric measuring tape, measure with your arms at your sides. Measure from the center back neck to shoulder bone, down the outside of the arm to the halfway point between your wrist and the first knuckle of your thumb.
