Apple Educational Purchase Eligibility

I understand there are purchase eligibility requirements for this item and if my identity cannot be confirmed my order will be canceled.

I certify that I am one of the following:

• a current student, faculty, or staff member;
• an incoming student with an acceptance letter;
• an Iowa State University Alumni Association Member;
• ISU alumnae — must have received a degree or certificate.

I also certify that I understand and agree to the following purchase requirements:

• The products I am purchasing through ISU's Collegiate Partnership Program Agreement with Apple, Inc. are for my own personal, educational and/or research use, and that I am not purchasing the Apple products for the purpose of further resale.
• I have purchased no more than 3 desktops, Mac minis, MacBooks, or iPads and no more than 2 Apple displays in the current academic year from an Apple Authorized Campus Store, an Apple Store, or apple.com.
• Orders for this item must be picked up or ground shipping must be selected during checkout. Eligible orders that choose a shipping method other than ground shipping will be canceled and you will need to place a new order.

Technology Shipping Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.99 is the only available shipping option for technology items.

This required shipping method is necessary due to the value and nature of these items and includes the following protections:

• Direct Signature Requirement: Delivery must be accepted in person by the recipient to prevent loss or theft.
• Declared Value & Carrier Insurance: Shipments are insured for their full value, ensuring coverage in the event of loss or damage.
• Priority Handling: Declared value shipments are handled with additional care by the carrier.

You understand and agree that this shipping method and fee are mandatory and cannot be waived, modified, or substituted with alternative shipping options. To avoid this shipping fee, free in-store pick-up is always available at the University Bookstore located within the Memorial Union.
